In our IOP, we also offer individual therapy and medication management services. The adult substance abuse track helps clients who are facing chemical dependency concerns. You will also receive a schedule which will outline what you can expect during your time in our care. We welcome walk-ins, and we are also always pleased to work with professional referral sources. Their policy pertaining to information to the family needs to be addressed. The nurse hung up on me a few times because I wanted information about my son. I feel like there needs to be a call to OSHA about their practices there and how they maintain their facilities. I was assaulted there, and when I informed them they separated everyone during the day , but then put me in the same room as him. Not only that, but on my paper work they put that I “sexually act out”… horrible place, again, super rude staff. I don’t know how this place is still in business, it’s meant to help but made my mental health WORSE.
